Strikitsa’s ten years of experience in the area of executive search and
selection. After graduation from California State University Hayward with a masters
degree in business administration, Yolanta worked as a consultant and as a manager
in a number of executive search and selection companies, the last eight years in the
UK. During her career she has placed a number of top managers and professionals with
large enterprises and banks in Russia and in the UK. Prior to this career in executive
search Yolanta spent several years with Price Waterhouse and Leucadia National, an
American private equity company.
